The detached holiday home features a spacious living room with an open kitchen. When you enter through the front door, you step into the kitchen-living room of this LOTTage from LOTT holiday homes & more. You walk straight through the open kitchen into the cozy living room.

Two comfortable leather two-seater sofas with an ottoman to create a lounge sofa. A coffee table, accessories, and stylish side tables make the living room a cozy home where you’ll feel right at home. “At home in France.”

From the living room, you can step out onto the large balcony to have your morning breakfast or an aperitif dinner. A staircase in the living room leads you to the lower-level bedroom. The holiday home is available year-round. One can easily imagine that from June to September, you’ll likely spend most of your time outdoors in this region.

However, if it cools down and you’re staying in the late fall or winter season, it’s a lovely place to read a book, watch the news on TV, or enjoy your favorite films or series. A spacious place to enjoy a vacation as a couple, with friends, or with your family.

Open kitchen

Upon entering this newly renovated holiday home, you enter the open kitchen-living room of holiday home LOTT Graissessac. It’s a true French country kitchen with a dining table and chairs nearby. A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful black SMEG gas stove with an electric oven for cooking delicious meals or making oven dishes.

The countertop is made of granite, and from the kitchen, you can look out of the window to the picturesque street. A lovely place to cook together and prepare delicious dishes or to wake up cheerfully with a delicious espresso or cappuccino.

Cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds

Holiday home LOTT Graissessac has two bedrooms. From the living room, you go down the stairs to reach the first level, into the very spacious 30 m2 bedroom. There’s a comfortable double bed, consisting of two box spring beds with a double top mattress.

A robust oak wooden back wall with nightstands and reading lamps completes the whole. A convenient storage cabinet. From your bedroom, you can step directly onto the veranda. To access the second bedroom, take the stairs from the kitchen. Through the small hallway, you enter the second 10 m2 bedroom. Here, too, there’s a double bed consisting of 2 box spring beds that can also be separated. Through the small hallway, you have access to a real small French balcony.

Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower

Next to the stairs leading to the upper bedroom is the door to the bathroom. It’s located next to the kitchen on the first level. It’s a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double sink.

The bathroom also houses the washing machine and dryer, which are convenient for longer stays or if you’re moving from one LOTTage to another of LOTT holiday homes. In the small hallway before the bedroom, there’s a second sink with a sink cabinet.

Outdoor ambiance on the balcony or under the veranda

In front of holiday home LOTT Graissessac, there’s a lovely small garden of 40 m2, from where you can easily step under the spacious veranda of 25 m2 or use the old stone staircase to reach the upper balcony of 25 m2 adjacent to the living room. In this region, it’s a wonderfully shaded garden where you can relax even during the peak season.

On very sunny days or in less favorable weather, you have a delightful spot under the veranda, where there’s a dining table with chairs and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha and a ceramic barbecue. The BBQ (tabletop model) can also be easily placed on the balcony. Enjoy outdoor dining and cooking with regional products.

You can barbecue with the ceramic barbecue. There’s also a handy plancha plate for grilling vegetables, meat, and fish.

Living room balcony
