From the living room, you can step out onto the large balcony to have your morning breakfast or an aperitif dinner. A staircase in the living room leads you to the lower-level bedroom. The holiday home is available year-round. One can easily imagine that from June to September, you’ll likely spend most of your time outdoors in this region.

However, if it cools down and you’re staying in the late fall or winter season, it’s a lovely place to read a book, watch the news on TV, or enjoy your favorite films or series. A spacious place to enjoy a vacation as a couple, with friends, or with your family.

Open kitchen

Upon entering this newly renovated holiday home you can walk straight from the spacious living room the open kitchen of the holiday home LOTT Graissessac La Maison. It’s a true French country kitchen with a dining table and chairs nearby. A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful black SMEG gas stove with an electric oven for cooking delicious meals or making oven dishes.

The countertop is made of granite, and from the kitchen, you can look out of the window to the picturesque street. A lovely place to cook together and prepare delicious dishes or to wake up cheerfully with a delicious espresso or cappuccino.

Cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds

Holiday home LOTT Graissessac has two bedrooms. From the living room, you go down the stairs to reach the first level, into the very spacious 30 m2 bedroom. There’s a comfortable double bed, consisting of two box spring beds with a double top mattress.

A robust oak wooden back wall with nightstands and reading lamps completes the whole. A convenient storage cabinet. From your bedroom, you can step directly onto the veranda and the garden. You immediately enter the second bedroom 10 m2. Here too there is a double bed consisting of 2 box-spring beds which you can also slide apart.

The second bedroom will be ready from January 2026. The second bedroom has an extra second sink. This second bedroom is lockable and can be booked for a small additional charge.

Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower

Next to the stairs leading to the upper bedroom is the door to the bathroom. It’s located next to the kitchen on the first level. It’s a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double sink.

The bathroom also houses the washing machine and dryer, which are convenient for longer stays or if you’re moving from one LOTTage to another of LOTT holiday homes. In the small hallway before the bedroom, there’s a second sink with a sink cabinet.

Outdoor ambiance on the balcony or under the veranda

In front of holiday home LOTT Graissessac, there’s a lovely small garden of 40 m2, from where you can easily step under the spacious veranda of 25 m2 or use the old stone staircase to reach the upper balcony of 25 m2 adjacent to the living room.
